Information you provide

If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message so we can respond. You can browse and download gallery images without creating an account.

If you choose to save a greeting and create a share link, we store the greeting image, its title and occasion, the selected template when applicable, and an optional GIF you upload. The share page can be opened by anyone who has its link. Do not include information in a greeting that you do not want shared.

Download and technical information

To count unique image downloads by image and day, AEXAPO stores the image, date, and a pseudonymous value created from the visitor's IP address and that date. The download-count record does not store the raw IP address. Our hosting provider and server logs may separately record technical information such as IP address, request time, browser, and requested page for site operation, diagnostics, and security.

How we use information

We use information to operate the gallery and greeting features, respond to messages, create requested share links, understand image download activity, protect the site from abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Cookies and similar technologies
